3. PRODUCTS, ORDERS, AND FULFILLMENT
We sell household products through an independent online store and fulfill orders using a dropshipping model with supplier-side logistics partners.
- All orders are subject to availability, payment verification, and acceptance by us.
- After an order is accepted, required order information may be transmitted to fulfillment partners for warehousing, packaging, cross-border shipping, logistics tracking, and basic after-sales processing.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
- All prices shown on the website are displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
- Payment must be successfully completed before order fulfillment begins.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders, with a refund where required.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- We aim to transmit valid order information to fulfillment partners within 48 hours after order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time to customers is around one week, depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.

6. RETURNS AND AFTER-SALES
Return and refund requests are handled under our Return Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
- Where applicable, we support returns for quality defects, wrong items, missing items, or shipping damage.
- Unreasonable returns, refusal of delivery without cause, or returns caused by incorrect address details may be subject to additional logistics or handling costs where allowed by law.

Where court proceedings are required, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
For clarity, separate business-to-business arrangements between us and fulfillment suppliers may be subject to different governing law and forum clauses, which do not limit consumer rights under these Terms.
